Jesse Malagon

Jesse has been dedicated to growing his clients’ businesses since 2008.

Jesse Malagon and his wife Tarrah Malagon started TerraCom in early 2008 as a call center focused on retention, upgrades and win-backs for large telecommunication providers.

Since that time TerraCom, with Jesse at the helm as President, has grown and expanded to a full-service telecom and IT solutions consultancy agency with over 20,000 clients, 250 telecom partners and thriving offices in West Palm Beach, FL and Bogota, Columbia.

Prior to TerraCom, Jesse was in the finance and real estate industries where he founded and partnered in numerous other corporations and successful initiatives.

Jesse takes great pride in being born and raised in the indirect sales channel. He has earned President’s club honors with multiple carriers and currently serves on an advisory panel for a large voice carrier.

Jesse is an avid snowboarder and boater along with his wife and two children. Most weekends are spent coaching and watching his kid’s soccer and baseball games.
