From Call Center to Full-Service

TerraCom was founded in 2008 by husband-and-wife Tarrah and Jesse Malagon as a telecommunication call center. At that time, the primary focus was on retention, upgrades and win-back campaigns for large telecommunication providers. In this capacity, TerraCom helped over 20,000 businesses lower their monthly telecom spend while improving network performance.

Because TerraCom was able to help so many companies quickly navigate through upgrades and contract negotiation with personalized white-glove service, we developed a loyal customer base.

In 2012, we expanded our growing business to a telecom and IT solutions consultancy model. We now have agreements with over 250 carrier providers that allow us to offer a wide array of products and services for small to enterprise-level businesses.

Throughout the history of our company, we have always been dedicated to supporting our referral partners and customers with a high level of professionalism. This holds true for over a thousand customers located throughout North and South America. Each account is assigned a dedicated project manager regardless of size or monthly billing.
